2. Server Owner Responsibility

Server owners and administrators are responsible for how MythBot is configured and used within their servers, including moderation settings, reaction roles, support tickets, logging, verification, leveling, and other enabled systems.

3. Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue MythBot or any of its features at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free service.

4. Acceptable Use

• You may not use MythBot for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or malicious purposes.
• You may not attempt to exploit, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the bot or its hosting environment.
• You may not use the bot to violate Discord policies or interfere with other servers, communities, or users.

5. Data and Configuration

MythBot stores server-related settings required for features to function, such as log channels, staff roles, verification data, ticket configuration, leveling data, and other server-specific preferences. Use of the bot indicates consent to that storage as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Moderation and Staff Actions

MythBot may perform moderation or automation actions based on user commands or server configuration. We are not responsible for decisions made by server administrators, staff teams, or moderators using the bot.

7. Third-Party Services

Some MythBot features may interact with third-party systems such as the Discord API or other external services. We are not responsible for downtime, issues, or data handling by those external services.

8. Limitation of Liability

MythBot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, interruptions, moderation mistakes, or other issues arising from use of the bot.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to MythBot for any server or user at our discretion, especially in cases of abuse, misuse, or violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of MythBot after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how MythBot collects, uses, and protects data when used in Discord servers.

1. Information We Collect

• Discord server IDs, channel IDs, and role IDs
• User IDs and usernames needed for bot functionality
• Server configuration such as log channels, staff roles, verification data, ticket settings, and feature preferences
• Feature-specific data such as leveling progress, reaction role mappings, ticket metadata, and stored server settings

2. How We Use Data

• To provide MythBot functionality
• To store per-server settings and enabled features
• To process commands and interactions
• To improve performance, stability, and usability

3. Message Data

Messages may be processed temporarily for commands, automod checks, support tickets, logging, moderation functions, or other enabled systems. Messages are not permanently stored unless a feature specifically requires it.

4. Data Storage

• Data is stored only as needed for bot features
• Data is separated by Discord server where applicable
• We do not sell your data

5. Data Sharing

We do not share collected data with third parties except where required by law, necessary to prevent abuse, or required for the technical operation of services the bot depends on.

6. Data Retention

Data may be retained while the bot is active in a server. If the bot is removed, some stored data may be deleted automatically or upon request.

8. Security
